Bowling Green’s HillTopp Music Festival has been postponed. The festival was originally scheduled for March 28.
“To make sure you have the opportunity to experience an amazing day full of goodwill and good vibes, a date will be provided in the near future,” the announcement on their Facebook page read. “We want to ensure that you know, from our heart to yours, that we want to provide you (our fans, peers, and brothers/sisters on this journey) with a top-notch day of music, love, art and joy.”
The Virtual Battle of the Bands competition will be rescheduled and announced on social media. All current contestants will remain apart of the competition. Their motto of “Goodwill & Good Vibes” was backed by a promise to donate 65% of their after cost revenues to the Buddy House for Down Syndrome.
The festival is currently in renegotiation with its lineup. The previously announced lineup included acts such as The Lonely Biscuits, Moon Taxi, Morning Teleportation and the Zach Longoria Project. Ticket contest winners will still have their prizes honored.
A rescheduled date will be provided in the near future, according to an announcement on the festival’s Facebook page.
