Fans waited up to five hours in traffic to attend the Luke Bryan concert at Talon Winery on Oct. 6. Traffic inflicted some badly enough that they could not attend, and those fans now have a chance to receive a refund.

Xorbia Tickets Support released a statement Tuesday announcing a refund policy to accommodate certain fans.

“If you were unable to attend the show due to traffic, or your ticket was scanned after 9:30 p.m. that night, we will be accepting refund requests until Friday Oct. 16 at 6 p.m. Central. If you feel you qualify for a refund, please reply to this email with your order confirmation number. Once the refund request is approved we will reply back to confirm with you within 72 hours.”

If your concert experience meets that criteria, you can apply for a refund by emailing support@xorbia.com.

LFI Radio discussed the issue on the show’s first episode on Friday, and will provide updates on the story this week. You can email jonathan@livefromtheinternet.com about your experience with the concert and applying to get a refund.
