Manchester Music Hall announces Morning Teleportation show

morningteleportationLexington’s Manchester Music Hall has announced a Morning Teleportation show set for Oct. 31.

The Bowling Green psych rock outfit released their debut album Expanding Anyway in 2011, and has since performed at festivals like Forecastle Festival, Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, Sasquatch! Music Festival and more. The supporting act has not yet been announced.

Fans are encouraged to attend wearing a Halloween costume and chance at earning Best Dressed. The University of Kentucky football team will play the Tennessee Volunteers in Lexington this night, and the venue notes that it will be on “if that’s your thing,” according to the Facebook event page.

Manchester Music Hall opened in September. It was announced in August that the building, formerly known as Buster’s Billiards and Backroom, would be remodeled and reopened.

The show is age restricted to 21 and above. The first set will begin at 9 p.m., followed by Morning Teleportation at 12:30 a.m. Tickets are on sale now for $10, and $15 for the day of show.

Advanced tickets can be bought online here. Check out Morning Teleportation performing “Expanding Anyway” at Starry Night Festival 2010 in Bowling Green below.
